Policies at Buckeye Cabin

Deposits:
Deposit required at time of booking.
Credit Card required for all deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash.
No checks will be accepted.

Arrival & Departure Times:
Tuesday - Friday Arrival Time: 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday Arrival Time: 1:30 - 2:30 pm
Departure Time: by 11:00 a.m.

2 Night Minimum on all bookings.
3 Night Minimum on most Holidays and October Weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
> $50 processing fee will be charged for ALL cancellations.
> If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 processing fee.
> If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your stay, you will forfeit your entire deposit. No Exceptions.
> If reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice and we are unable to rebook the cabin, you will be responsible for entire balance owed.

Weather & Road Conditions:
Hocking Hills is beautiful in the winter time however weather can be extreme sometimes, unfortunately we cannot return deposits because of road or weather conditions. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure because of weather, no refund will be given. Roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained, however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or snow chains during the winter months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

For the safety & comfort of our guests we do not permit smoking inside the cabins. We also do not allow pets or hunting on the property. Complete list of Rules and Policies will be provided at booking.
